Pont, Coffee Expert
Cafes Pont was born in 1952, thanks to the enthusiasm and the effort of the two brothers Pont. Feliu Pont still remembers when he sold his beloved sax to buy the first four sacks of coffee to roast and sold in the first store. Since then Cafes Pont we worked day by day betting on a very clear objective, the quality.
The constant effort to achieve our goals has advance the company until today. Now, with the second generation of the Pont family, we wanted to go for a renewal of the company, while keeping the quality and good service, but adding the layout and design to the standards of our products. Our philosophy is clear; ensure that the mime, detail and quality are perceived in each coffee, which has made us a reference for thousands of people.
Pont cafes are present throughout the process preparation of our coffee, from the beginning, controlling the selection and purchase of the best beans in origin, as in the direct import of these. Pont Coffee Experts have more than 4000 m2 of headquarters in Sabadell; there we do the elaboration process of our coffee, from roasting, to packaging the different blends and ranges.
Our quality department selects the best coffee beans before roasting process. This department control the elaboration processes, ensuring excellent products with the highest quality standards. In the Cafes Pont installations we have created a Barista's workshop, addressed to our workers and customers interested in the coffee world. Our teams, of over 50 people, works with common goals, provide the highest quality product always accompanied by the best service.
Cafes Pont is currently working to strengthen our brand in Catalonia, the Balearic Islands, Murcia and Almeria, as well as to expand our range of products to new markets in central and northern Europe.
